My mom did cook Pancit Miki last Sunday, May 20, 2011. There was no occasion at all at that time. My brother just requested my mom to cook miki. It's just like he craved much for it. HAHAHA :)) Well, for that request, my mom did agree.
What we ate last Sunday was not just plain Pancit Miki. It has a complementary food and that is the Bolero. My mom Pancit Miki was so DELICIOUS!! As in SUPER!! Actually, I ate 3 bowls of it?? HAHAHA :)) Well, it's my first time again to eat Pancit Miki since I came home last April. The Pancit Miki of my mom is the BEST!
